My Story

I'm a fashion designer with over 10+ years’ experience creating multi-category collections across both Jersey and Woven fabrications. I spent many of those years as an in-house designer for sustainable high street brands, learning how to design with pace, purpose, and a strong commercial eye. While I’ve worked across a wide product range, my heart has always been in woven design, especially yarn-dyed fabrics, denim, and garment washes.

Through my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work hands-on with suppliers and manufacturers across India, China, Turkey, Pakistan, Portugal, and beyond. Building these relationships has shaped my approach to work, grounding creativity in craftsmanship, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the production process.

I love being part of a creative studio and have spent much of my career leading and supporting junior designers as they grow. Collaboration, curiosity, and thoughtful design sit at the core of everything I do.

 

Now based in Cornwall, the outdoors plays a huge role in both my life and my work. Living by the coast, surfing, hiking, and spending time in nature constantly fuels my passion for sustainability and more responsible ways of designing. This has led me to focus on circular design principles, conscious fabric development, and creating products with longevity and purpose.

I freelance in a way that reflects these values, working closely with emerging brands and supporting established teams as an extra pair of experienced, hands-on support. When I’m not designing, you’ll find me hiking the South West Coast Path with my partner and our dog Taliska or out on the water surfing, where many of my best ideas begin!
